Luxury sleepover and spa parties in Celina
Celina is 14 miles from our McKinney base, which makes it one of the least expensive places in the whole Dallas Fort Worth area for us to reach. It is also, in our experience, the easiest place to put a bell tent in a backyard.
What a party costs in Celina
A teepee sleepover starts at $396 for four guests, which is our minimum, and runs $594 for a Classic party of six, $834 for Glam and $1,134 for Ultimate. A spa party starts at $595 for six guests. A $75 retainer holds your date and is applied to your balance, and the remaining balance is due by 5:00 PM the day before the party.
Delivery is billed separately from McKinney, at $4.80 per mile for sleepovers, glamping and luxe picnics, and $2.40 per mile for spa parties of up to 13 guests.
| ZIP | Miles from McKinney | Sleepover delivery | Spa delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| 75009 | 14 | $67 | $34 |
To put $67 in perspective: a family in Lakewood pays around $182 for the same delivery, and one in Southlake around $187. Being close to us is worth roughly a hundred dollars on your invoice.
Why glamping works so well here
Most of Celina is new construction on generous lots, and that changes what we can offer you. A 4M bell tent needs a flat area of 21 by 21 feet and a 6M needs 30 feet clear in every direction. In older, denser parts of the metro that rules the 6M out entirely. In Celina it usually fits.
The 4M is $600 and sleeps up to four. The 6M is $1,250 and sleeps up to ten. Delivery, setup, styling and next-day collection are included in the tent price, and every linen goes back to us to be laundered.
One thing to check: if the tent is going on a deck, patio, pavers or artificial turf we cannot drive stakes into the ground, so it gets anchored with sandbags instead. That is $200 for the 4M and $275 for the 6M. On grass there is no extra charge.
Where in Celina we set up
All of 75009, from the Light Farms and Mustang Lakes communities on the west side, through Sutton Fields and the newer streets north of the highway, out to the older homes near downtown Celina and the square.
If your community has gated visitor access, leave the gate code in the booking form so the crew is not waiting at the callbox on the morning of your party.
Which party suits a Celina home
- Backyard glamping. $600 for the 4M, $1,250 for the 6M. The option we would point you to first here.
- Teepee sleepovers. One teepee per guest, four minimum, each needing about 47 by 75 inches of clear floor. The newer Celina floorplans usually have a flex room or a formal dining room that works perfectly.
- Spa parties. Two hostesses for two hours, ground floor only, from facials to manicures with everything cleaned up afterwards.
- Luxe picnics. $295 for the first styled table with a teepee, seating six to eight, and $285 for each additional table. The big Celina lawns take these beautifully.
How far ahead to book a Celina party
Four to six weeks is comfortable. If you want glamping, aim for spring or autumn and book earlier, because those are the dates that go first across the whole service area. Personalized robes, pillowcases and sleep masks need extra lead time since each is made with the guests' names. Booking 3 to 7 days out adds a $50 rush fee, 1 to 2 days out adds $100.
