Luxury sleepover and spa parties in Southlake

Southlake is 39 miles west of our McKinney office, which makes it one of the furthest places we travel. We go anyway, and often: Southlake families book some of the largest parties we style all year.

What a party costs in Southlake

A teepee sleepover starts at $396 for four guests, our minimum, and runs $594 for a Classic party of six, $834 for Glam and $1,134 for Ultimate. A spa party starts at $595 for six guests and $795 for twelve. A $75 retainer holds your date and is applied to your balance, and the rest is due by 5:00 PM the day before the party.

Delivery is billed separately and measured from our office in McKinney, at $4.80 per mile for sleepovers, glamping and luxe picnics, and $2.40 per mile for spa parties of up to 13 guests.

We would rather you saw that number now than at checkout. It is the honest cost of crossing the metro twice, once to set up and once to collect the next morning. One note that catches people out: a spa party of 14 guests or more needs a third hostess in a second vehicle, so it pays the sleepover rate instead, $187 rather than $94.

Making the trip worth it

Because the delivery is a fixed cost regardless of how big the party is, it lands very differently on a four-guest sleepover than on a twelve-guest one. On a Classic sleepover for four, $187 is nearly half again the party price. On an Ultimate sleepover for ten, it is under eight percent.

That is why most of what we set up in Southlake is on the larger end, and often more than one thing at once: a bell tent in the garden with a styled picnic beside it, or a spa afternoon that turns into a sleepover the same evening. Combining services means one delivery charge, not two.

What Southlake gardens allow

Lots here are generous, and that opens up the parts of our catalogue that simply do not fit elsewhere in the metro. A 4M bell tent needs a flat area of 21 by 21 feet and sleeps up to four, at $600. A 6M needs 30 feet clear in every direction and sleeps up to ten, at $1,250. In Southlake the 6M is usually an easy yes.

The one thing to check before you book is the surface. On grass we stake the tent into the ground at no extra cost. On a deck, patio, pavers or artificial turf we cannot stake, so the tent is anchored with sandbags instead: $200 for the 4M and $275 for the 6M. A great many Southlake back gardens are beautifully paved, so this comes up here more than anywhere else we serve.

Where in Southlake we set up

All of 76092, from Timarron and Clariden Ranch through Carillon and the streets around Town Square, out to the larger acreage properties on the north and west edges. If your neighborhood has a manned gate or a visitor list, add our name in the booking form so the crew is not turned around at the entrance on the morning of the party.

Which party suits a Southlake home

• Backyard glamping. $600 for the 4M, $1,250 for the 6M. Delivery, setup, styling and next-day collection are included in the tent price.
• Teepee sleepovers. One teepee per guest, four minimum, each needing about 47 by 75 inches of clear floor. Game rooms and media rooms are the usual choice here.
• Spa parties. Two hostesses for two hours, ground floor only, facials through manicures, with everything cleaned up afterwards.
• Luxe picnics. $295 for the first styled table with a teepee, seating six to eight, and $285 for each additional table. Southlake lawns take a run of three or four tables without looking crowded.

How far ahead to book a Southlake party

Six weeks, and earlier for a Saturday. We run one crew west across the metro on a given day, so Southlake, Keller and Westlake dates compete with each other in a way that our McKinney-side dates do not. Personalized robes, pillowcases and sleep masks need extra lead time because each is made with the guests' names. Booking 3 to 7 days out adds a $50 rush fee, 1 to 2 days out adds $100.
