Luxury sleepover and spa parties in Plano
Plano is the longest of our regular runs into the southern suburbs. Depending on which side of the city you are on, you are between 13 and 23 miles from our McKinney base, and the delivery fee moves with that distance, so it is worth checking your ZIP before you plan the budget.
What a party costs in Plano
A teepee sleepover starts at $396 for four guests, which is our minimum, and runs $594 for a Classic party of six, $834 for Glam and $1,134 for Ultimate. A spa party starts at $595 for six guests. A $75 retainer holds your date and is applied to your balance, and the remaining balance is due by 5:00 PM the day before the party.
Delivery is billed separately at $4.80 per mile from McKinney for sleepovers, glamping and luxe picnics, and $2.40 per mile for spa parties of up to 13 guests. Across Plano that lands here.

North Plano, around 75024 and 75025, is the cheapest corner of the city for us to reach. South and east Plano cost roughly $40 to $50 more in delivery for a sleepover. The booking form shows your exact number once you enter the ZIP.
Where in Plano we set up
We serve the whole city: the newer north Plano streets near Legacy West and Shops at Legacy, the established west Plano neighborhoods around Willow Bend and Prestonwood, and east Plano out toward Murphy in 75094.
One thing that comes up often in Plano specifically. A lot of the homes built here in the 1980s and 1990s have a formal living room off the entry that goes mostly unused, and it is usually the best room in the house for a six-teepee setup: no furniture to work around and a door you can close when the party finally goes quiet. Newer north Plano builds tend to have a game room upstairs, which works for sleepovers but not for spa parties, since those have to be on the ground floor.
Which party suits a Plano home
- Teepee sleepovers. One teepee per guest, four guests minimum. Each teepee needs about 47 by 75 inches of clear floor, so six teepees want roughly a 12 by 14 foot open area.
- Spa parties. Two hostesses for two hours, ground floor only. A dining room with the table moved out, or a home office, is the usual choice.
- Backyard glamping. $600 for the 4M bell tent and $1,250 for the 6M. Plano lots in the older neighborhoods are often generous enough for the 6M, which needs 30 feet clear in all directions. On a deck or patio we cannot stake the tent, so it is held with sandbags at $200 for the 4M or $275 for the 6M.
- Luxe picnics. $295 for the first styled table with a teepee, seating six to eight, and $285 for each additional table.
How far ahead to book a Plano party
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Personalized robes, pillowcases and sleep masks need longer, since they are produced with the guests' names before the date. A booking made 3 to 7 days out carries a $50 rush fee, and 1 to 2 days out carries $100.
