Luxury sleepover and spa parties in Rockwall
Rockwall is the only part of our service area on the far side of Lake Ray Hubbard, 43 to 52 miles from our McKinney office. Everything about how we plan a Rockwall party follows from that: the drive, the timing, and the lake wind.
What a party costs in Rockwall
A teepee sleepover starts at $396 for four guests, our minimum, and runs $594 for a Classic party of six, $834 for Glam and $1,134 for Ultimate. A spa party starts at $595 for six guests and $795 for twelve. A $75 retainer holds your date and is applied to your balance, and the rest is due by 5:00 PM the day before the party.
Delivery is billed separately and measured from our office in McKinney, at $4.80 per mile for sleepovers, glamping and luxe picnics, and $2.40 per mile for spa parties of up to 13 guests.

A spa party of 14 guests or more needs a third hostess in a second vehicle, so it pays the sleepover rate rather than the spa rate: $206 instead of $103 in 75087.
Wind off the lake
Lakefront and near-lake gardens in Rockwall and Heath catch considerably more wind than an inland backyard, and two things we do are sensitive to it. Bell tent canvas needs to be properly anchored, and balloon garlands take a beating in a steady breeze.
For the tent, that means we would rather stake into grass than rely on sandbags. On a deck, patio, pavers or artificial turf staking is not possible and we anchor with sandbags instead, at $200 for the 4M and $275 for the 6M. That works, but on an exposed lakeside lot we will usually suggest moving the tent to the sheltered side of the house instead.
For balloons, an outdoor garland close to the water is worth placing against a wall or a fence rather than free-standing. Tell us the setup is lakeside when you book and we will build it accordingly.
Timing the drive
Everything we bring to Rockwall crosses the I-30 causeway, twice: once to set up and once to collect the next morning. On a Friday afternoon that stretch is genuinely slow, so we schedule Rockwall setups earlier in the day than we would in Frisco or Plano. If your party has a hard start time, put it in the booking form and we will work backwards from it.

All of 75087 and 75032: the neighborhoods around The Harbor and downtown Rockwall, Chandlers Landing, Stone Creek, and the larger lots through Heath and out toward the south shore.
Which party suits a Rockwall home
- Teepee sleepovers. One teepee per guest, four minimum, each needing about 47 by 75 inches of clear floor. Indoors, so the weather and the wind stop mattering entirely.
- Luxe picnics. $295 for the first styled table with a teepee, seating six to eight, and $285 for each additional table. A styled table with the lake behind it photographs better than anything else we do.
- Spa parties. Two hostesses for two hours, ground floor only, facials through manicures, with everything cleaned up afterwards.
- Backyard glamping. $600 for the 4M, $1,250 for the 6M, delivery, setup, styling and next-day collection included. Best on a sheltered part of the lot for the reasons above.
How far ahead to book a Rockwall party
Six weeks. Spring and autumn weekends here go earlier than anywhere else we serve, because that is when a lakeside party is at its best and everyone knows it. Personalized robes, pillowcases and sleep masks need extra lead time because each is made with the guests' names. Booking 3 to 7 days out adds a $50 rush fee, 1 to 2 days out adds $100.
