Luxury sleepover and spa parties in Keller
Keller sits at the western edge of what we serve, 45 to 54 miles from our McKinney office depending on which side of town you are on. It is the furthest we regularly travel, and the difference between the two Keller ZIPs is large enough that it is worth checking yours before you plan the budget.
What a party costs in Keller
A teepee sleepover starts at $396 for four guests, our minimum, and runs $594 for a Classic party of six, $834 for Glam and $1,134 for Ultimate. A spa party starts at $595 for six guests and $795 for twelve. A $75 retainer holds your date and is applied to your balance, and the rest is due by 5:00 PM the day before the party.
Delivery is billed separately and measured from our office in McKinney, at $4.80 per mile for sleepovers, glamping and luxe picnics, and $2.40 per mile for spa parties of up to 13 guests.

Nine miles of difference is $43 on the invoice. If your address straddles the two, put the exact ZIP in the booking form and the calculator will give you the real number rather than an estimate. And note that a spa party of 14 guests or more needs a third hostess in a second vehicle, so it moves to the sleepover rate: $216 rather than $108 in 76248.
Working around mature trees
Much of Keller is established, tree-covered neighborhood rather than open new-build lots, and that changes where a tent can go. A 4M bell tent needs a flat area of 21 by 21 feet and a 6M needs 30 feet clear in every direction, and that clearance is vertical as well as horizontal: low branches will not let the canvas rise to its full height, and heavy roots under the surface stop us driving stakes.
None of this rules glamping out. It usually means the tent goes on the open part of the lawn rather than under the shade, or moves to the front side of the property. Send a photo of the space with your booking and we will tell you before the day, not on it.
If the only flat area is a deck, patio, pavers or artificial turf, we cannot stake at all and the tent gets anchored with sandbags: $200 for the 4M and $275 for the 6M. On grass there is no extra charge.

Both 76248 and 76244, from the streets around Keller Town Center and Bear Creek Park through Hidden Lakes and Marshall Ridge, out to the newer sections toward Alliance on the 76244 side.
Which party suits a Keller home
- Teepee sleepovers. One teepee per guest, four minimum, each needing about 47 by 75 inches of clear floor. The most reliable choice here, because it does not depend on what the garden allows.
- Spa parties. Two hostesses for two hours, ground floor only, facials through manicures, with everything cleaned up afterwards. The lowest delivery cost of anything we bring to Keller.
- Backyard glamping. $600 for the 4M, $1,250 for the 6M, delivery, setup, styling and next-day collection included in the tent price. Worth a photo first, for the tree reasons above.
- Luxe picnics. $295 for the first styled table with a teepee, seating six to eight, and $285 for each additional table. Lovely under Keller's older oaks, where a tent will not fit but a table will.
How far ahead to book a Keller party
Six weeks, and earlier for a Saturday. We send one crew west across the metro on a given day, so Keller dates compete with Southlake and Westlake ones. Personalized robes, pillowcases and sleep masks need extra lead time because each is made with the guests' names. Booking 3 to 7 days out adds a $50 rush fee, 1 to 2 days out adds $100.
