Luxury sleepover and spa parties in Dallas
Dallas is where we set up more parties than anywhere else. We come from McKinney, so the drive is between 24 and 42 miles depending on which part of the city you are in, and that distance is the one thing worth understanding before you plan the budget.
What a party costs in Dallas
A teepee sleepover starts at $396 for four guests, which is our minimum, and runs $594 for a Classic party of six, $834 for Glam and $1,134 for Ultimate. A spa party starts at $595 for six guests. A $75 retainer holds your date and is applied to your balance, and the remaining balance is due by 5:00 PM the day before the party.
Delivery is charged separately, by distance from McKinney: $4.80 per mile for sleepovers, glamping and luxe picnics, and $2.40 per mile for spa parties of up to 13 guests. Dallas is a large city, so where you are changes the number quite a bit.

The pattern is simple: the closer you are to the north edge of the city, the lower the delivery. Far North Dallas at $115 is less than half of what East Dallas costs. Enter your exact ZIP in the booking form and the real figure appears in your total, before you send anything.
What works in a Dallas home, and what does not
Teepee sleepovers and spa parties work anywhere in the city. A teepee needs about 47 by 75 inches of clear floor, so six of them want roughly a 12 by 14 foot open area. Spa parties have to be on the ground floor.
Backyard glamping is the honest exception. A 4M bell tent needs a flat 21 by 21 foot area and a 6M needs 30 feet clear in every direction. Plenty of Dallas lots, particularly in the older neighborhoods inside the loop, simply do not have that. Measure before you set your heart on it. If it does not fit, an indoor teepee sleepover gives you the same night without the tape measure.
Parties at a hotel or an Airbnb
This comes up more in Dallas than anywhere else we serve. We do set up at hotels, Airbnb properties, apartment clubhouses and event spaces, with a $100 venue fee added to cover the extra coordination.
Two rules apply wherever the party is. Spa parties must be on the ground floor, no exceptions. And glamping is private backyards only, so a bell tent is not possible at any of those locations.
How far ahead to book a Dallas party
Six weeks is the number we would give you, a little more than we tell families closer to McKinney. Dallas dates fill first because it is our busiest area, and the drive means we can fit fewer of them into a single weekend.
Personalized robes, pillowcases and sleep masks need extra lead time, since each one is made with the guests' names before your date. Booking 3 to 7 days out carries a $50 rush fee and 1 to 2 days out carries $100, both subject to availability.
