How much does a luxury sleepover party cost in Dallas?
A Pretty Teepees luxury sleepover starts at $396 for four guests, which is our minimum. For a party of six, Classic is $594, Glam is $834 and Ultimate is $1,134, plus delivery, which is calculated by distance from McKinney at $4.80 per mile.
The price covers one teepee per guest with a single size memory foam mattress, fresh linens, cushions, a rug, styling in the theme you choose, and organic popcorn. It also covers delivery, setup, next-day collection and laundering every linen. Glam adds string lights, tray tables with lanterns and balloons on each teepee. Ultimate adds a birthday balloon garland, a personalized sleep mask and a personalized pillow and pillowcase for every guest. Add-ons such as robes at $30 per guest or a snack box at $10 are priced separately, and the booking form shows a running total before you send anything.
What is included in a luxury sleepover package?
Every package includes a handcrafted teepee for each guest, a single size memory foam mattress, a mattress protector, fresh fitted sheets, a blanket, decorative themed cushions, a garland, a rug and organic popcorn. Delivery, setup, styling, next-day collection and laundering are always included in the price you are quoted.
Guests bring their own pillow for hygiene, unless you add the personalized pillow and pillowcase at $25 per guest, which the Ultimate package already includes. You choose from 31 signature themes, or we create a custom theme for $35 per teepee if you give us enough notice to source it properly.
How much space do you need for a teepee sleepover?
Each teepee and mattress needs about 47 by 75 inches of clear floor, so a party of six wants roughly a 12 by 14 foot open area. The space has to be cleared before we arrive, because our team sets up around what is already there rather than moving furniture.
A formal living room, a dining room with the table moved out, a game room or a large bedroom all work. If you are not sure the room is big enough, measure the open floor and tell us the number in the booking form, and we will tell you what fits before you pay anything.
What age is a teepee sleepover party for?
Teepee sleepovers suit children from about six years old upward, and the age range we see most often is eight to twelve. There is no strict upper limit, and the setup works just as well for a teenager's birthday as for a younger child.
Spa parties have a firm minimum age of four. An adult aged eighteen or older has to be present for the whole event, including setup and collection, because our team styles the party and then leaves rather than staying to supervise.
